I’d like to welcome you into my kitchen where I hope you join me in creating delish and healthy gluten free meals.  I love to eat and take even greater joy in preparing meals for others.  I thought there was no better way than to share my meals with others and that is why I decided to create this blog.  When I was diagnosed with Celiac in 2007, I was devastated to say goodbye to my favorite things, pizza, pasta, bagels, thick sauces, pastries and desserts.  

As I began cooking with gluten free products, I soon realized that food just does not taste the same without wheat flour.  I would prepare my meal and then a separate meal for the rest of the family because they, of course, wanted the better tasting food.  The hard work of separating food, using different utensils and then watching as they ate what I wished I could eat, lead me to be creative and innovative in the kitchen.  I became determined to make food that was gluten free without tasting like it.  When my very picky brother began to eat gluten free and didn’t notice it, I knew I had created delicious recipes for everyone!

Your health is really everything and I think it is of great importance to live a healthy lifestyle.  Although, I do think it is essential to feed your sweet tooth now and again.  My husband and I both work at least forty hours a week, so I am always creating tasty and healthy meals that are easy to make and do not take a lot of time.  So whether you are looking for gluten free recipes or would just like a delicious meal, I hope you enjoy my gluten free recipes!
